⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Birthday Brunch Experience – June 7, 2026! On Sunday, June 7, 2026, I took my friend to the South Loop location of Batter & Berries to celebrate her birthday, and I cannot say enough great things about our experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Our server, Ari, was absolutely phenomenal. She was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made sure every aspect of our dining experience was perfect. Her professionalism, friendly demeanor, and genuine care for her guests made us feel welcomed and appreciated. To make the celebration even more special, Chiara, the manager, came to our table personally to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and to wish my friend a happy birthday. That level of hospitality is rare and speaks volumes about the culture and leadership at this location. Chiara was kind, personable, and engaging, and her thoughtful gesture added a special touch that made our celebration even more memorable. The food was outstanding! The portions were generous, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. I ordered the Lobster Omelet paired with the famous Caramel French Toast, and both were incredible. The omelet was packed with flavor and fresh lobster, while the Caramel French Toast was rich, decadent, and easily one of the best I've ever had. My friend enjoyed the Sweet Potato Waffle with a side of Cheesy Hash Browns, and she couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was. The waffle was perfectly prepared, flavorful, and unique, while the cheesy hash browns were the perfect complement. Between the amazing food, exceptional service from Ari, and the personal attention from Chiara, this birthday brunch exceeded our expectations in every way. Batter & Berries South Loop delivered not only a great meal but an unforgettable experience. If you're looking for outstanding food, generous portions, excellent customer service, and a team that truly cares about its guests, I highly recommend Batter & Berries South Loop. We will definitely be back!

The flavors were delicious. May fav was the lemon!I love love french toast and this is the perfect dish to dry different types. And I love how the restaurant swaps out the flavors and adds new ones to the menu! No other restaurant does that!

I recently visited Batter & Berries and ordered the Steak Fajita Omelet at the South Loop location, and it was absolutely delicious! The omelet was flavorful, well-seasoned, and packed with tender steak and fresh ingredients. Everything tasted fresh and made to perfection. The customer service was also amazing — friendly staff, great atmosphere, and quick service. I can definitely see why this place is so popular. I'll definitely be back to try more items on the menu!

This is my 1st time at the new south loop location. The location is perfect and closer to me. The service and atmosphere is nice. I ordered the famous French toast flight again and is was just as I remembered before. The flavors are so good no need for syrup or anything else. I was able to share it with my friend and he said he has never had French toast that was this good.

Visited for the first time and won't be the last, very hospitable environment. Nadine was exceptional letting us know about their special menu items, which I would highly recommend trying. Great atmosphere with the art on the walls and with home cooked comfort food it's a must try spot. 10/10 recommend.
